I came in to have a cut and blow dry on Saturday. I was told it would cast more as I had not been before and had to have a consultation. Well I don’t know what the consultation was as it was no different to any other hairdresser asking me what I would like. I showed Des a photo of how I would like it cut. The end result was nothing at all like the photo. I was so disappointed and for $143 for a cut and blow dry. I expected better

Hi my name is MIA LANGMAN AND I came in for highlights that I had booked with Kate, and Elesha kept on glaring at me from the side. She looked disgusted to see someone like me, keeping in mind that I am from an Asian heritage. I felt personally attacked and offended. I don’t feel comfortable in her presence.
