Ashli is amazing! Highly recommend!
We went with Mane & Co. for my bridal hair and makeup. Ashli was incredible to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable and made everyone in our bridal party feel so comfortable. We all had different inspiration photos and every look she created was exactly what was asked for. She made me feel the most beautiful I ever have in my life. I would recommend her a thousand times over!
Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a cut and style with Ashli. My appointment was at 11:45 today for a special dinner tonight and she texted me at 9:45 cancelling the appointment. I would've expected a cancellation notice sooner in the morning had she known she would be unable to fulfill the appointment. I tried to call the salon to see if any other stylists had last minute availability, but the number didn't dial out. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Ashli is good at what she does, but extremely unreliable. I booked a bridal appointment with her and she canceled on me the morning of my wedding. To her credit, she did find a replacement, but the replacement was someone I had gotten a quote from previously and decided they were out of my price range. I had to eat the cost of the much higher price of the new stylist, as well as the makeup trial I had done with Ashli (which I had booked and was rescheduled by Ashli not once, but twice.
