Great job as a walk in getting my son’s hair cut. They slayed it and I was excited that we found a new barber but to schedule future appointments is a headache. They very rarely almost never answer the phone. I called he said I have to schedule on An app or booksy and it’s very difficult for me so I left him my name and number for my barber to call and he didn’t. So now I am forced to find a new barber which will be difficult.
This place is Hood & very unprofessional. Their fav 5, their bros and their cuz will take your spot and get your appointment canceled. We have got to do better when it comes to being a servant. There is way too much pride in talents and gifts that this place lacks humility and adequate customer service. There are some belivers in Christ that come and visit to support, and your atmosphere should be able to accommodate those kind and our children as well.
