A complete joy!! My coworker recommended this salon to me and I am eternally grateful. Miss Rob is the ultimate professor of locs. I initially made an appointment for a retie, being that my stylist was on vacation and I needed my hair done. However, after examining my hair, Ms. Robb realized that my micro locs were in need of extensive repair. I had my hair matted for years and I've been turned away from many salons. They did not know how to handle my mixed hair texture. Miss Rob and Miss Joy were not afraid to tackle my hair. They did so with confidence and did it very quickly with no problems or shame. I felt cared for, safe, and at ease. The entire salon went out of their way so I'd feel comfortable, listened to everything I had to say, and gave me advice on how to treat my hair going forward. I got my starter dreads in and I enjoyed the atmosphere right off the bat, not to mention how the starters came out. They were amazing, would do again.
