I don’t typically do reviews at all, but I had to in this case. I haven’t gotten my hair cut or colored in a salon since 2020/2021ish because i find it overwhelming and stressful, and it always feels like a risk. I found Mane Addiction on Instagram and highly recommend viewing their work! In my experience when you walk in a hip/trendy salon you’re met with a sterile haute-ish/pretentious vibe. Not here! After moving to the Clear Lake area 14 years ago, I visited several salons and found Maddy and her staff at Mane Addiction to be the best in the business. Her staff was able to undo another stylist’s carelessness and care/manage the color and styling of my crazy curls. More recently, I battled through major hair loss after a health scare and Maddy was there encouraging me the entire way.
