Wonderful service! Scott not only made me feel comfortable but also gave a great haircut. Certainly will be back and looking forward to it. Thankful for his recommendations and the time he took to explain how to style my new 'do.
Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience. The stylist became verbally aggressive, called me names, and handled my hair roughly when I asked basic questions. He repeatedly made patronizing remarks under the guise of humor, attempting to assert superiority during simple conversations. Client concerns were treated as personal attacks rather than legitimate concerns. His behavior was defensive, unstable, and completely inappropriate for a professional environment. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Mane. Scott has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. He is a color master! I have always been happily surprised by the outcome. He is amazing!!!
Scott did an amazing job at evening out my daughter's color and brightening it up a bit. We will definitely be returning customers.
