I had a very bad experience. I went in for hair colouring and showed them a reference picture of the colour I wanted. They were confident they could do it, but the result was completely different from what I asked for. I went back after a week for a correction, but unfortunately my hair still didn’t turn out the way I wanted. I was also made to wait around 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. Totally disappointed with the experience. My hair is now very dry and damaged, and I will never go back there again.
This is a very difficult review to write because Olivia was AMAZING and did my hair so well and I would go see her again in a heartbeat, but the other two stylists who were present ruined the whole experience for me. For starters someone came in requesting a walk in appointment and they were clearly nervous so their partner showed the reference photo. My first time at this salon and it was great! Patricia is a wonderful stylist and I am happy to have found her. :)
Horrible, ruined my hair , it will take months probably years for it to grow back the right way, she took my face framing layers and cut them short to my mid cheek flat across, and cut more with it further back into my hair, I can’t even hide it with any styles. I’m so sad my hair was ruined
really enjoyed my hair cut i’ll be back
