Really disappointed with the "deep clean" that I was supposed to receive. The cleaner they sent was extremely unprofessional. Did not arrive with the proper equipment to perform the work. She lightly sprayed a water bottle on my Floors and lightly swiffered. When I asked why full mopping wasn't being done she replied I only fully mop for deep cleans 😂😂😂😂 When I said that's what I paid for she replied Oh I meant move out cleans No dusting was done because she didn't have the proper equipment I asked why it didn't smell cl... read more

I can't say enough great things about Mandy and her team. I have had cleaning services previously and this company is by far THE BEST. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, they go out of their way to provide not only exceptional cleaning but exceptional customer service. I am disabled and have more doctor's appointments than I'd like but anytime I have to cancel or change my day they don't hesitate.
