I assumed selling my house (built in 1885) that was not in the best of neighborhoods, was going to an unpleasant experience and take forever. Because of Mandy's expertise, the house went on sale on a Tuesday and sold that same day. And the closing was just a week later. Others have asked how I got it to happen so fast and I just tell them, "It was all Mandy". Yes, we are related but I couldn't have gotten anybody any better.
