I can’t recommend Mandy and Heart to Hand enough! I first met Mandy when I was 9 months pregnant, and her services are exceptional. Mandy is an exceptional massage therapist and all around wonderful human being. After my mastectomy, I was very disconnected and disassociated from my body. Mandy was/is so helpful in gently guiding me back, helping to process the pain and the grief. With her help, I’m making my way back to empowerment. She is integral part of my health care and breast cancer recovery team.
I have been getting a Therapeutic Massage from Mandy every 2 - 3 weeks for more than 3 years, so my 5 star rating has history. As a Senior client of “Heart to Hand” I cannot emphasize enough the benefits to my mobility and pain management that those regular massages have yielded.

It’s hard to put into words how incredible Mandy is! Every time I come out of a session with her, I feel changed. It’s not just bodywork, and her knowledge of the body is insane. I’ve been getting bodywork for 20+ years and I’ve never experienced anything like it. Not only that, but every time I leave feeling, seen, supported, and safe. I’m reminded how much my body does for me and how much I’m doing in my own life. There’s truly no one like Mandy, I’m so grateful for her and all that she does.
