Stormy, flooded streets, I have a physical disability, and the line was unusually long to check in. Refused to keep appointment because the window passed as I was waiting to check in. This provider has no personality and has left me in the dark for months over 1 out of 3 lab tests she ran that had a significantly abnormal result. No consideration for the disability of patients and the road conditions when deciding to turn away a patient. I don't have much confidence in her anyways. I would recommend trying someone else. My First visit to this Gastro Dr.LeBlanc, And from the moment they knew I came way too early, Mandy Took the time to accommodate me by fitting me in with no waiting and a Thorough visit very pleasant Lady / DR. The Ladies in the Office where also very pleasant. Very clean surrounding, with Festive Decorations of the season.👍👍
