She’s often abrasive and condescending. She’s very good at helping you control blood sugars, but lacks basic knowledge of common diabetes related complications such as neuropathy. I’d switch providers if I wasn’t so lazy, but really I only need an endocrinologist to refill my prescriptions.

This was my first appt with the practice n with Mandy. My first impression is a 5 star. Mandy is knowledgeable and took plenty of time with my appointment to be sure she was clear on the details of my case as well as to answer questions and clarify next steps. I would highly recommend. Update: having had my 2nd appt - no changes to my review. She is a terrific practitioner. Well with the wait.

The practice is overloaded with patients. Very hard to obtain an appointment. The same blood work labs I had done 2 weeks again was repeated again. Same result note copy and pasted. My primary is pushing me to go somewhere else. I sent an email to the NP to obtain more info on the copy paste issue. Additionally my meds where not updated on the results faxed to my primary, which annoyed me since I literally printed them out and it's in my chart. Also on that fax, it stated I have hyperthyroidism instead of hypothyroidism.
