I went for a trial and the guy who worked with me was great. Very informative. I'm not sure if it worked. The only thing that was sore the next few days was my biceps, which were crazy sore! Nothing else felt like it was worked. The concept is interesting and i know physical therapists use in a limited way for recovery but not sure it's a replacement for a gym workout.
