I mentioned to my insurer that Mandurah Paint and Panel were taking a long time with my claim (multiple months). Mandurah Paint and Panel then aggressively called me to say because I complained about them, they were cancelling my job (this was over a week ago, they still haven't refunded me despite them cancelling). They only do insurance work.
Poor quality of work received a front end fix up on my car , took way too long with the job , communication was poor and I even had to supply my own headlight , they also made an error with headlight and broke the plug for the indicator so the indicator stopped working after I just had it fixed . Not to mention terrible customer service and poor communication being told the job was ready only to show up and be told that the job isn’t ready yet
