Dissatisfied with Phil who i told that I wanted a backup battery for my car though paid $1300 for a inverter which is definitely not what I asked for . I asked for something to charge my electric car when I am on the road and theres no charging stations near where I live Phil tells me that there is nothing He can do so I am stuck with an overpriced phone charger which I already have and paid $1300 for .I will never be going to this caravan store again and will be contacting consumer protection.
We purchased a preowned caravan from Mandurah Caravan and RV Centre and picked it up last week. Our experience with them is one that I can only say was exceptional. Sales were fabulous, the handover was extremely detailed and service went above and beyond (even replacing items that needed attention). Reception went out of their way to assist us with a missing ladder (not their fault) and arranged for service to fit it correctly. All this was done with courtesy and professionalism. We purchased our new van from Mandurah caravan &rv centre, couldn't have found a better place to deal with during and after the purchase. We had a problem with the fridge in Broome, Mandurah Caravan & RV went above and beyond to try and help us, 10 stars
Don't bother ordering parts went in and tried to get a plastic fitting fora draw my jayco not an uncommon brand, no didn't have it, said they would order it took my name and phone number waited 3 weeks rang them didn't know what I was talking about so ordered it on line and got it in three days, buy local they say 🤨
I would like to thank the counter staff for their quality of service they would have to be the best attendants I've found in Mandurah. If I could give 6 stars I would. Service above and beyond.
