We purchased a preowned caravan from Mandurah Caravan and RV Centre and picked it up last week. Our experience with them is one that I can only say was exceptional. Sales were fabulous, the handover was extremely detailed and service went above and beyond (even replacing items that needed attention). We purchased our new van from Mandurah caravan &rv centre, couldn't have found a better place to deal with during and after the purchase. We had a problem with the fridge in Broome, Mandurah Caravan & RV went above and beyond to try and help us, 10 stars
Don't bother ordering parts went in and tried to get a plastic fitting fora draw my jayco not an uncommon brand, no didn't have it, said they would order it took my name and phone number waited 3 weeks rang them didn't know what I was talking about so ordered it on line and got it in three days, buy local they say 🤨
I would like to thank the counter staff for their quality of service they would have to be the best attendants I've found in Mandurah. If I could give 6 stars I would. Service above and beyond.
We had a side access hatch installed in our van and 2 fans installed in seating area and we are extremely happy with the workmanship made to our van. Sorrell was extremely helpful in the process of getting the job right to our requirements. Thank you.
