Paid for food I never received. Be careful using this service. Ordered through the stores website. Upon arrival at my pickup time the restaurant had no record of my order at pickup. I was told their system was “acting up,” and it never came through. They requested I wait while they made it. I declined and requested a refund, but was sent back and forth between the restaurant and the website customer service. I was looking forward to eating my expensive bbq spare ribs when I got home and it was literally nothing but skin and bones! No meat whatsoever. Highly disappointed.
