From start to finish amazing quality service all staff are so helpful
Can’t comment on their quality of repairs but can say that their whole team especially the front desk could do with some customer service training, will also be passing my feedback to my insurer that has them down as a preferred repairer. Edit in response to Mandrakes comment: -Yes we were advised that the hail damage needed to be repaired first by your mechanic and we advised that the hail repair was booked in to commence on 30/03. - Mandrakes then booked us in for the smash repairs a week prior to the already advised hail ... read more
