I had googled best restaurants in Raleigh and Mandolin was one of several that appeared. I made reservations online and did not have to wait when we arrived. We had brunch, and it did not disappoint. We started with a sugar and cinnamon doughnut. I had the omelette which had asparagus, mushrooms and Gouda cheese. It was delicious. My daughter said the BLT was the best BLT she’s ever had.
