Mandisa is TRULY a gifted Hairstylist! I have been her client for over 2 years now and she always does an amazing job on my root touch up / highlights and hair cuts. I tell her what I am wanting, and she makes it happen. She explains the How and Why and all of my options;) Who could want more??? 5 stars ⭐️
