I've been a patron of Mandina's since the late 70s. Today, as I approach my 70s, I'm still belly-pleased to order just about anything on the menu (albeit with a few dietary restrictions ). Tonight, my wife and I each had a cup of turtle soup to start... one of my favorites. We both decided on veal, for me the Marsala and my wife the Picata. Very good, shrimp poboy had great flavor and taste, bread was soft and great all around. Gumbo was good. Waitress was attentive and great energy.
The chicken Marsala was amazing! The service was quick and I didn’t wait for anything. Great atmosphere!
