First of all, I am not a complainer and I have been a waitress before. We went for lunch today. The worst service I have had there. Waited more than 7 minutes to be greeted by waitress and then at least 15 minutes for our waters and tea arrived. We were only a table of 3. We had the worst service I’ve ever had there today. It took about 20 minutes from the time we ordered 2 waters and an iced tea for them to be brought to our table. We ordered right away and waited another 30 minutes for our food to be brought. When it was brought, the food was luke warm. Our drinks were never refilled, even after asking. The server was not attentive and was often just talking to others. When leaving, I spoke with the bar manger, and didn’t even get an apology, just an excuse that the “were busy today”. While it isn't the authentic New Orleans atmosphere, it is the authentic flavor. Worth the dine!
