Would not recommend Navarro for complicated or special issue. Navarro is only able to assist with a minor cold since she is not willing to solve a complicated case. I question, then why does a patient need a doctor for a minor cold.
Doctors are to act expeditiously and provide the best care for their patients. This doctor failed.
