Mandi has been an exceptional realtor to work with. I would not have wanted to use anyone else. She eased my nerves and walked me through the entire process of our first purchase. I will definitely use her again, no matter where I am. She has been a blessing to work with. If you’re looking for a realtor who values ethics and genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend Mandi Vancleave.
Mandi was great! She helped me find my dream home and worked to make sure I got the right home at the right price!
Mandi was absolutely amazing. It was the best blind date I’ve ever had, I got extremely lucky that Zillow assigned her as my realtor when I started looking for my house. I was so green in this process and Mandi was there every time I had a question or when I got nervous about something related to the purchase/closing. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to reach out for her assistance you will not be disappointed.
Mandi was an incredible agent, helping us prepare an offer quickly and navigate a complex closing process. She is a consummate professional and communicates extremely well at all stages of the buying process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
This was a long distance purchase. I was not able to see the homes in person. Mandi, personally recorded videos of each house I requested. She narrated what she was seeing as she went through each room throughout the homes and the outside spaces. After I had a chance to view each video we then discussed the potential purchase. Once, the final decision was made to make an offer Mandi was a wonderful guide to navigate the next steps. She kept me informed and communicated seemlessly with my lender and the title company.
