I don't know if it's Cleveland clinic or just the staff at this office but the level of difficulty it takes to get a correct referral is exhausting. Time to change doctors, it shouldn't be this hard to get a referral.
I love her. She is very prompt, to the point, knows what she is doing, but most of all she is caring as it shows. My mom is in good hands.
