Mandi is my go to Auto body shop. Have been going here for fifteen plus years. Each and every time is delightful. Marcia is the best!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Woman answered the phone without a greeting, as I proceeded to ask my 1 question, I was interrupted and talked over several times. The only reason why we had to choose this location of service, for an inspection was b/c it was an Allstate approved claims location. To make matters worse, she said “I apologize if my English isn't clear enough for you.” As a business owner myself, I would never talk down to a potential customer, interrupt or talk over them. I had the lovely pleasure of working with Marcia who treated me as if I were a daughter each & every time I went to see her. I got in several accidents within a short period of time with some unfortunate luck & Marcia supported me along the way. She was very kind, patient, and understanding regarding my situation. Most importantly, she helped make sure I was being treated fairly by the insurance companies and was not being taken advantage of due to my age.
