RecommendedFirst time visiting. I only I interacted with one staff member but she was courteous and confident when taking all three of my rather large boys in for a bath. She brought them back to me clean, shiny and smelling great. Nail trims are a huge hassle for me so I got those also. Nails are short, smooth and no longer lethal. Will definitely be back!

Been going here for almost 2 years, but not anymore. My dog scrambles to the other side of the car when arriving as I try to get her out and I should have read her signs. The groomer is awesome, but it is an all day affair from 9-4 and I swear they don’t let them out to “go” or drink water all day long based on my dogs behavior as soon as we got home- Every.single.time! I love this place. I trust them with all my animals and wouldn't take them anywhere else. They got me through rough times with my cat who passed. They have taken excellent care of my pup, who was sick last year and who gets bathed there every month.
Very nice experience from the first phone call through the office visit. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The vet explained everything so clearly, and was patient with all of my questions. The vet assistant and the front desk was very helpful as well. I highly recommend Cypress Point.
