Staff member Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us in looking at various beds, and explained about the Stickely high quality brand of furnishings. Let me begin this by saying that this is only my experience, and your mileage may vary, and I hope it does. Succinctly, I purchased an item as a gift, tried to return it for a refund only to discover that they have an exchange or store credit policy that's not written on their bill of sale, nor was it communicated to me at point of sale. When I later protested this with the owner, I was sternly rebuffed and told that it wasn't their problem, and so my funds are held hostage and they've lost me as a future customer.
