Thorough work repair after accident, good communication, worked with State Farm claims rep so I didn’t have to be go between. Very good customer service. Kind, professional & courteous.
We took our daughter's vehicle here after it was in an accident. They work closely with AmFam insurance which made the process very easy. We dropped off the car, got the estimate over the phone a couple days later, and it was ready in less than two weeks (over the Xmas holiday). When we picked it up they had washed and (I think) vacuumed the car for us which was a nice touch in the middle of winter.
