The staff was nice and gave a fair quote on a new transmission. That's why it gets a 2-star. I have waited to write this review while I got a second opinion. About 2 weeks ago, I took my truck in due to transmission issues. I had the codes pulled for free from AutoZone. I had driven it around and felt the shift issue. They had it 2ish days, then called me and said I needed a new transmission. Quoted me a fair price. Another great experience! Excellent price (oil change), fast service with appointment, darling customer service, and overall absolutely satisfied! I originally tried them because someone else recommended them to me; now I know why. Third time there, third excellent experience.
This review is hard to write because the owner is such a pleasant man, but people need to be aware. The team is shockingly incompetent, and the customer service is atrocious—rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. My vehicle stayed there far too long, only to come back with new issues they caused. Worse, the problems they claimed to fix were still broken. I took it to another shop, and in just one day, they repaired everything—including the work this shop supposedly completed.
