The staff was nice and gave a fair quote on a new transmission. That's why it gets a 2-star. I have waited to write this review while I got a second opinion. About 2 weeks ago, I took my truck in due to transmission issues. I had the codes pulled for free from AutoZone. I had driven it around and felt the shift issue.
