The front office person on the phone was knowledgeable but rude.
The best doctor in NYC! He is super responsive and really listens and cares about his patients.
Dr. Mandell's office is totally disorganized and offers terrible patient service. On multiple occasions, I asked the office to send Labcorp a specific test order. When I got to Labcorp, they told me they did not have the test order from the doctor's office. On one occasion, I went to Labcorp for my test, and when the test result came back, the doctor's office acknowledged that they had sent the wrong test order, so the test result was useless. Dr. Mandell is one of the good guys. Its very apparent that he cares a lot about his patients and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure we get the care needed. Thank you for taking the time to help my nasty Staph go away! TJ
