Hot water heater, clogged drains, AC, etc. we have been using the Mandell team for years. They have been responsive in a wide variety of situations and fair. We intend to continue to hire them in the future when the need arises.
Don’t use Mandel Plumbing unless you enjoy being treated in an abusive and irresponsible way in which case Rob Mandel is your guy. We had to move our gas stove because the floor in our kitchen needed to be replaced. Two of Mandel’s employees moved the stove into the family room. Both were courteous at all times. About 10 days later, I made an appointment, with Mandel at 8 a.m. the next day to reconnect the stove and to do some other work we needed. I called 3 different plumbing & heating services. Mandell returned my evening call the next morning and scheduled a time within a couple days. (Other places still haven't gotten back to us - weeks later) Technician was prompt, professional in fixing the a/c. I asked him to look at a dripping faucet and attic fan which he did and provided estimates for each. He even recommended getting a part directly (since, as homeowner, we bought trim plate and can get free replacement I learned) directly from manufacturer. A part that he ... read more
