Howard Mandell made false claims to me in a letter dated August 2015 that he executed a will on behalf of his client - a will which was to be part of a NYS settlement. I did not receive an executed will until end of October 2017 which means the letter he sent me was a false claim, and thus his client was in violation of a Supreme court settlement for over 2 years putting my young son's financial future in jeopardy.
