Having been under care by Dr. Mandelberg since 2009, I find him and his staff very professional. Wait times are average. And knowing others are receiving the kind of medical care I look for makes waiting acceptable. I know I’ll be given the time to receive answers to my questions and concerns. Dr Mandelberg will give a false diagnoses and his staff acts like you are bothering them when you call the office. They will put you on hold and never pick up the phone. They are bossy and have no human contact skills. The Dr. gave me a false diagnoses and it almost wrecked my career. Be careful when going to his office and plan on being treated with no respect.
I have been going to Dr Mandelberg for 20 plus years and he is an excellent doctor.
Wait is a bit long but this doc. Is great listens and answers all questions. Never had an issue with mandelberg been going to him for years. Now my son goes to him and my husband. He'll be our family doctor for as long as he practices.
