I dearly love Dr. Mandell. He’s been my hematologist since 2012. He is so kind . So tender. He has excellent bed side skills. I am a Jehovah’s Witness We can not be given blood or blood products like Blood transfusions, no Platelets, or FFP. Not once has ever given me any issues . He knows and respects my faith and belief. The lady who answers the phone speaks to patients like they are idiots. Maybe she should consider that others have busy lives and important things happening too... not just her. Mean and rude!
