RIP OFF!!!!! BE WARNED!!!! Never take your rolex watch for repair or cleaning here. I had my rolex checked at SouthCoast Plaza after they replaced a part. Guess what? They used a fake one. Originally, Mandel owner told me that my watch only needs cleaning and it will only take a week. Well, two weeks passed and they gave me the run around. Then, when I finally decided to pick up my watch wether it's been cleaned or not...Lo and behold the mailman came delivering the parts they need! BS! Mandel Jewelers is average I purchased a necklace for my niece and the experience was fine. Since the time I purchased the item, I have seen very similar items elsewhere for less.
Mandel not recommended by me. Unhappy! Took my Rolex for checkup and new hands and wound up with cheap fake stamped hands not anything close to real Rolex hands. The did small refund of $50 but damage to watch means must take it to Rolex dealer at a cost of hundreds more to bring it back to Rolex quality. They never told me I would get cheap fakes just did it.
