Absolute worse experience with Mandel Homes. Currently having to seek legal council against the home builder for complete breach of contract, harassments, illegal possession of funds, false claims, and trying to force us to terminate our contract. Updated 04/28/22 These builders are unprofessional. Once the year warranty is over they ignore your calls and texts I have been trying to get a cracked driveway fixed for over a year and no response. They want to say its the cities doing but the city don't cover driveway and near garage door.Joe was the concrete person and went MIA. I don't think the people who installed the wooden fence used concrete for each post fence wobbles and some holes weren't filled which I mentioned to mandel.
I purchased my house 2 years ago, and since the day I reached out Brian, Sarah, and the team have been nothing but helpful throughout my time in heritage crossing. My only regret is not buying two houses when I had the chance to! Would recommend using this company to anyone looking to purchase a house in Corpus Christi.
Thank you to Mandel Homes for building my new house. Everything is perfect! Anytime I had a question they were very responsive and changed a few things for me mid build. I was overall extremely pleased and if I did it all over again.. they would be the first I called. Thanks again!
