We moved from out of state and moved into this place site unseen. We arrived and didn't get a walkthrough. Our first night, we noticed that there were screws and bolts in random places buried in the carpet. The second night, we noticed that there were bolts sticking up under the carpet in the center of main walkways. Clearly, whomever put in the carpet said "not my job" and carpeted over the toe stubbers. We filed a maintenance request. The guy came within a day or so and removed one both but left the other. Had a slight hiccup during application process and the manager, Aliyana, was SO quick to remedy it and personally called me to explain and apologize. I had thrown them for a loop with my move in date and they have been so extremely flexible. Aliyana’s customer service is unmatched - one of a kind. Would recommend them based off of their amazing management alone (also the units are gorgeous).
Incredibly dirty and not maintained. No cleaning service to ben seen and there is dog urine on the walls in the lobby that has been there for over a year. Terrible management, they are trashing the place and taking our money.
Lower unit Apartments are invested with outside insects. Centipedes as big as my pinky finger, silver fish, ear wigs, and field mice. The ear wigs bite! They send an “exterminator”, who sprays a chemical that only kills spiders. The guy was so busy sexually harassing me, he couldn’t even focus on getting the bugs out of my unit! This entire year living here has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! The units are OLD AND OUTDATED, especially the barely working appliances. Due to record breaking temperatures, our pipes have frozen 3 times due to the weather despite us following all guidelines provided by the complex - cabinets open, faucet dripping, thermostat above 60 degrees (ours is consistently at a minimum of 70-72 if not higher). We have done all we can on our end and yet the pipes still froze and burst. The resident coordinator is attempting to blame us and threatening to charge us for damages caused by the pipe freezing.
