I had a rupture brain aneurism 10 years ago that left me paralyzed on my upper left side and I met Dr. Chahill when I was in the hospital and instead of helping me he asked me if I was religious and told me I needed to go home and get my soul straight when I said yes that I was religious! When I went into his office, very few times did I see him? I mostly saw his nurse practitioner!
A referral was sent to this office a long time ago and I havent heard anything. I called and left a voicemail and still nothing. I just called today and the person who FINALLY answered said they didn't have one. When I was on the phone I have a cope of the referral in my hand. They were rude as well. I messaged my primary care doctor and told them to find me another neurologist because of how I was treated. Don't make an appointment with them. It's a waste of time.
Super helpful staff that actually listened and was able to help. Dr Chahil was a Godsend when we met him in the hospital with our daughter in 2019. When we needed him again, he was even more professional and engaged than we remembered. He actually listened and sought to help determine the issue. Very refreshing!
This front office is absolutely unorganized! On 3 separate occasions my mom was sent home without seeing the doctor. First there was an issue with the referral which we were not notified until we were there for the appointment. And of course no one called to let us know prior to the appointment. This time they had her old phone number from 10 yrs ago. When she first came to this office I filled out paperwork with all her current information.
