I had a very disappointing experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait over an hour (1 hour and 15 minutes) to see the doctor. When I asked about the delay, I was told he was busy with another patient and no effort was made to check on me or provide any updates. Once I was finally seen, the doctor seemed rushed and did not spend enough time to properly understand my concerns. It felt like my visit was just another number on the list. “Dr. Mandeep Acharya is a kind and caring doctor. He listened to all my concerns and explained everything clearly. The staff is always friendly, and the clinic is clean and organized. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor!”
Dr Acharya is great but his office and scheduling staffs are ridiculous. They been canceling and rescheduling my appointments since last 3-4 weeks. My friend also complained that her urine sample got mislabeled/misplaced by the staff and she had to come back for several appointments. Will never recommend this place to anyone!!
I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Acharya. From the moment I became their patient, I knew I was in excellent hands. First time visit. Doctor Acharya mentioned about a follow up visit. For some reason, that became 2 visits and with a bill of $450 dollars for follow up visits!! The front desk never bothered to inform/notify me of my charges from because of deductible. So why even bother to take this my insurance info while making an appointment? Tried to call them and email them but there’s absolute silence except for repeated invoices in my inbox everyday. Absolutely incompetent staff!
