Great folks. Great coaches.
I had always wanted to do CrossFit but was afraid to start. Now I wish that I’d have started sooner! The people and environment at Heartland CrossFit are very encouraging and motivating. The coaches meet you where you are and constantly emphasize doing the movements right. A special shout-out to Coach Aaron for helping me stay in shape for ROTC during winter break. I look forward to training with my Heartland CrossFit fam when I’m back in!
