While in Albany, I purchased a “gold” chain here about a year ago now. What I thought I had purchased was a solid 14k gold rope chain, turned out to actually be not solid. Chain tarnished weirdly after 10 months and eventually broke. While in store I was assured multiple times that the chain was in fact solid. My jeweler local to me, informed me that the chain is in fact hollow and not solid like stated by Mandati Jewelers. Definitely won’t be returning.
Needed my white gold ring redipped- they had it done and looking absolutely beautiful in 30 minutes!
Today I brought in a watch band to be adjusted for a watch I did not buy at the store. The employee graciously assisted me without charge. Very courteous and nice staff.
Horrible them and Eden like there brothers lol Express much better
