The cashier knowing charged me for 2 yummy sauce and did Not placed my sauce inside my bags I purchased 2 I could see if they were packed but it was only me One customer and I was charged $2 for something I didn’t receive I’m highly pissed it was bad enough I had to walk back over to ask for utensils I spent $28 at this place and the food wasn’t all that either
We took our students on a field trip and stopped by the food court to eat. Me and some of the students settled for PEI WEI Asian. After sitting down to eat, I picked up some orange chicken on my fork and a long piece of hair was wrapped around my orange chicken. Took the plate back and they fixed me another plate. Guess what? This place is a joke. Over cooked and old food being served. I was charged extra for shrimp fried rice but I didn't even get that. They said since I got firecracker shrimp the extra fee applied. So it's not an entre?? Wtf.

Having a nasty ass attitude and rolling your eyes at customers for your own mistakes isn’t exactly good for business, it’s your job to take the customers order, not get little attitudes when you mishear the customer MULTIPLE TIMES. ♥️
