They are hard to reach and they lied to me about their experience. He had his team come by to fix issues about our water boiler and they did not come prepared, they were missing tools nor did they know what they were doing. Me and my housemates had to troubleshoot the issue even when our boiler was newly set up. Their maintenance and diagnosis service is a waste of your time and money. I would strongly discourage any potential clientele from doing business with this company. Its owner, Brian Zhong, left a profoundly negative impression on my friend and colleague, and I suffer extreme dermatitis when I need to use his hot water heater now. I wish the world were a better place, full of kinder, more professional tradespeople.
It is very difficult to contact the company for problems following install. Not answering phone calls or messages, got a leak over the water tank they just replaced and got to take care of it on my own, just cannot wait for someone to respond. Very unprofessional in that regard
Mr Brian Zhong, the technician installed my thermostat is very professional, polite, punctual and courteous. I definite recommend to anyone who need a job done.
They installed a new heat pump(worth over $8K) at my house in Aug 2023. From the January 2024 until now, they never respond to my phone calls, texts, and emails about some questions for my new heat pump. Finally I went to their office today at around 11:00 am but the door is locked and nobody responded.
