Amazing service (polite and respectful), clean restaurant, great fresh food! (We ordered the pho). Great portions affordable and reasonably priced.
Mandarin Cafe has new owners and you can definitely tell. I feel for the employees they know the product they once had has been replaced. The quality of food is terrible doesn't taste anything like the previous owners. The portions are a lot smaller the wings are twice as small. I've been eating there for over 20 years. Now I have to find another place for Chinese food..
