My wife and I enjoyed our couple’s message very much. The environment, atmosphere and amenities were super relaxing. After arriving for our appointment we were escorted into separate dressing rooms where you can enjoy a hot tub, jacuzzi or heated chairs. I do however believe you should be able to meet your spouse and enjoy the amenities together. Was at the Casino Resort for my mom’s birthday weekend. Decided to go in for a manicure and the experience was quite underwhelming. Although both my mom and I had the same service, it was inconsistent. My mom got a hand massage, while I didn’t; I received cuticle care while my mom didn’t and so on. On top of that, what they did do, was quite unprofessional. I have nail polish all under my nails. I kept pointing out to the technician that there was polish under my nails and skin. Booked a couples massage over phone with a price discussed at $190 per person. No verification emails were sent to confirm total price or fees beforehand. Surprised at checkout out when price became $250 per person with a $100 service fees. Sadly did not feel like this was worth the expenses for our time there.
