Let me write this while I’m still conscious in a very relaxed state. As a former massage therapist, I can honestly say that Jessica did a fantastic job with my 60 minute massage. Her hands are magical and her technique was absolutely impeccable. Would highly recommend her if you come here. Facilities are also very nice. I paid for the one hour massage but was later on told that it’s pretty much a day pass so yes it’s gonna be a little bit expensive but you have access to the facilities until 4 PM.

Great experience! Tonya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services offered. The spa was very clean, nice and relaxing.

This experience did not meet basic service standards. The hot tub was significantly under temperature; staff acknowledged the issue, but it was never resolved. The massage felt rushed and impersonal and did not justify the cost. I do not recommend this spa in Murphy. Skip this location and go to the spa in Cherokee, North Carolina instead—it consistently surpasses expectations.

Emily is amazing!!! I got the Mandara Ultimate Facial and omg so wonderful!! Def highly recommend!!
