I just had a session with Mandy for the first time, and it was extremely helpful. I went into it completely blind and came out feeling very balanced in the midst of very large and very recent trauma. Mandy's therapy was exactly what has been needed. Her ability to work through emotions stored in the body along with yoga practices to help strengthen or release areas, depending on what is needed, has helped my overall holistic wellness. This peace has translated into everyday life. I highly recommend Mandy, as her calming presence in working with her clients helps to personalize each session to individual needs.

I had heard so much about somatic therapy, but I never really understood what it could actually do for me. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try.
