If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Some of the neighbors are chill and laid back. Other than that everything else is just bad. The maintenance is very very VERY slow at what they do. They had redid our tub and said it would be done in 4 days while we were away and when we came back the fifth day and tried to shower the paint had peeled all in the tub and clogged up the tub everytime I showered.
