My experience just calling to inquire was not one of a welcoming agent. I can tell just by the conversation this wouldn't be a good fit. I won't go into details but the reviews tell it all. I'll pass! I'm only interested in welcoming, kind folks cause I'm not the one for any of what this place has to offer. It seemed very appealing but my gut told me it was a no go before reading the reviews.
I have been a resident at Mandalat Villas for a while, and when I first arrived, the management was rude, and maintenance was not very good. However, since Amanda took over as the manager, everything has improved significantly. Every time I speak with her, she has the most caring and upbeat attitude, and she genuinely cares about the residents and the community.
