This place is a terrible place to rent. Beware, James Meroli is a scam artist, purchased this rental less than a year ago, and cannot get himself together to organize anything about vacation rentals. I reserved 2 weeks for February 2023, paid my deposit by credit card $700.00. One month after deposit, incurred a medical event that prevented travel.
