A great doctors surgery with all the same pressures every surgery has. Despite this I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. The best part are the doctors which work here. I have always had a good experience with them and felt listened to and helped. There is a small free on-site car park but if that is full there is plenty of free on street parking on the nearby roads. The surgery is wheelchair accessible via the ramp provided.

Had an out of hours appointment here. Something came up in the morning meaning i had to cancel the appointment, i have been ringing the ooh number since 8:30am but nobody is answering. I even spoke to bardoc but they could not cancel the appointment. Real shame as somebody else could of had it.

I turned up at the GP surgery today without an appointment in desperation as I needed a course of antibiotics. It was later in the afternoon, and whilst I couldn’t get an appointment, Sue the receptionist was very understanding, compassionate and helpful by doing a referral to the chemist where I was given a prescription. The system between the surgery and the chemist works really well if your prescription doesn’t require a GP appointment. A very positive experience for which I am grateful.
