Hard to find but very nice
It’s a trap, body corporate fees are ridiculous, you even get a fine if your bins are visible from the road, anyway they can make a quick buck. Traffic in and out is disgusting, pot holes everywhere, crime is ridiculous, no shops, Just don’t do it..
You sent me an email in relation to purchasing. I've been reading reviews, and you should be ashamed of your company. I have brought and sold properties in most of Australia. I won't be buying there, and thanks to the reviews from disappointed customers.
Last year 2022 we bought 392 sqm land in Mandalay, with high hopes that it is a good investment and we were told that prices are going to either stay the same or go up. We were told the land will title around April 2023 which was fine with us. At the time we had confirmation from our broker that we can get enough loan to settle the land. Fast forward 7 month and we were told due to weather related delays the land titles will now be in November 2023.
