I asked for my solar panels to be checked, my smoke alarm batteries to be checked and my filters cleaned or replaced. It was raining so I completely understand not checking the solar, but he said he couldn't do the smoke alarm batteries, that he was told not to by his boss, unless they were beeping! That's unacceptable because when I renewed the plan, checking the batteries was one of the listed services.
